1. General Policy

All payments made to Leela Chintan Academy for courses, satsang access, digital downloads, subscriptions, or event registrations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation by User

You may cancel your participation or subscription at any time. However:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after payment.

   

• You will continue to have access to paid content or community until the end of your billing period (if subscription-based).

   

• For one-time events or sessions, cancellation requests after registration will not be eligible for a refund.

   

3. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical error or accidental duplicate transaction:

• Please notify us at [your support email] within 3 days

   

• After verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate amount within 7 working days

   

4. Session Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, if a satsang, session, or event is canceled or postponed by Leela Chintan Academy:

• You may be offered access to a rescheduled session
  OR

   

• Receive a refund or credit applicable for a future session

   

5. No Refunds for Incomplete Attendance

We do not offer partial refunds for:

• Missing or skipping live sessions

   

• Late arrivals or early exits

   

• Technical issues on the user’s end (internet, device compatibility, etc.)

   

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan:

• You may cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal date

   

• Once charged, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle

   

• Access will remain active until the end of the current period
